المستخلص

The research aims to determine the relationship (relationship and impact) between the values ​​of organizational culture and the dimensions of the administrative orientation of the application of electronic management in universities, organizational values ​​of the most important components of the organization as it determines the success to a large extent. Permanent learning organizations, such as educational institutions, in particular, require a set of cultural values ​​stemming from the ideas and skills of workers and leaders, especially in the era of globalization, which forces them to change the behavior, attitudes, values ​​and convictions of workers, as they seek to move from traditional management to electronic management. E-management is a new trend based on different principles and principles of traditional management, which has become unable to respond to the changes of the times and its requirements; e-management has become a key element in the reality of contemporary administrative activity. Al-Azhar, the Arab Republic of Egypt, in particular, sought to include these variables within a comprehensive framework in an attempt to study the relationship between them.
In general, the research attempts to answer the following questions:
 
1. Is there a clear perception among the staff of Al-Azhar University - Egypt - about the concept of organizational values ​​with different personal characteristics (gender, age, level of education) and professional (job grade, length of service, number of e-management courses)?
 2 - Is there a clear perception among the staff of Al-Azhar University - Arab Republic of Egypt - about the concept of administrative orientation of electronic management with different personal characteristics (gender, age, level of education) and professional (job grade, length of service, number of courses of electronic management)?
3. What is the nature of the relationship (correlation and impact) between the types of values ​​that constitute the organizational culture and the dimensions of the administrative orientation of electronic management at Al-AzharUniversity?
The research reached a number of conclusions, including:
1) There is a significant correlation between the types of values ​​that constitute the organizational culture and the administrative orientation of electronic administration in Al-AzharUniversity.
2) The existence of a significant influence of the types of values ​​forming the organizational culture in the administrative orientation of electronic management in Al-AzharUniversity.
Based on the findings of the research, a number of suggestions and recommendations consistent with these conclusions were made.
