The study aimed to identify the Relationship between Organizational Virtuousness and Proactive behavior through the Mediating Role of Organizational Identification The applied study was conducted on a random stratified sample from the faculty members of Assiut University where the sample size reached (335) singles, and through statistical methods, the hypotheses were tested and a number of results were reached. The most important of these results are: Organizational Identification has a positive significant effect in the relationship between the Organizational Virtuousness and Proactive behavior. Recommendations based on the results reached.
