تناول هذا البحث نظرة الإسلام للعمل بمفهومه الواسع، وکيف أکد الإسلام على النشاط الاقتصادي المشروع ورفع من شأنه، لأنه مقياس نهضة الأمة ورقيها، وأن فيه منافع مادية ومعنوية تتحقق بها سعادة الإنسان، وقد شمل هذا البحث مسألة العاملين وما لهم وما عليهم في الإسلام، وکيف أن له مکانه وأهمية وحقوقاً وأجراً لابد أن يتحصل عليه، کما يجب عليه معرفة واجباته والالتزام بها، واختيار العمل المناسب له، الذي يتوافق مع قدراته وإمکانياته، وستفتح له أبواب کثيرة للعمل مادام يطلب غاية محمودة، وفي نهاية البحث تکلمنا عن موقف الإسلام من البطالة، وما له من آثار ضارة على الفرد والمجتمع، وأنه لا بد من تنشيط عوامل الإنتاج وخاصة العنصر البشري، وفتح المجالات للعمل، لأن کل إنسان مسئول عن عمارة الأرض والعمل هو الطريق الأساسي لتعميرها. وسوف يناقش هذا البحث:
